What's Included
Verve Health operates on a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model where we can offer our services directly to our members—without an insurance company in the middle—in exchange for an affordable monthly fee. The membership fee allows our patients to access a variety of primary care services, including consultations, exams, care coordination, and some lab services, without paying any additional fees. We have high quality/value partners for labs, medications, imaging, and specialists.
